A fantastic organization in New York is helping inner city kids get a chance to participate in wrestling programs. Beat The Streets has not only has it given these kids a great opportunity, but we are seeing a lot of big talent rising up from this program. They recently hosted a large fundraiser gala in Times square complete with wrestling mats that hosted the USA vs Russia match-up.

Want and extra edge? Try drilling your standing techniques (from your feet) as vigorously as possible (no partner) for intervals of 1-3 minutes at a time. The idea is to create constant motion while executing your standing techniques. This builds endurance for fast twitch reaction and cardiovascular capacity. This exercise is best performed after practice when your body is fatigued.

When Kendall goes to New York City, he likes to stay across the river at "The W" hotel in Hoboken, NJ. He frequently walks by Carlo's Bake Shop, the famous bakery featured on the TV hit Cake Boss. World Team Training Camp

Kendall returns to the Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs for another World Team Training Camp. He joins other former Olympians in the coaching pool for this year's team. The camp is August 14-28th and is exclusive to senior level Freestyle World Team members.
